A documentary about life in four UNRWA-managed Palestinian camps: Dr Murad’s surgery in Neirab Camp outside Aleppo, Syria; the patients are refugees who fled Palestine in 1947 and their descendants.; the after-effects of Israeli bombing in South Lebanon which almost destroyed Nabitieh Camp and damaged and killed refugees in Rashidieh Camp; a farmer turned into a share cropper and his family in Baqaa Camp, Jordan made  refugees after the expulsion from Palestine in 1967; and  women students in Occupied Ramallah, 1976
